Belly pics from our anniversary

People seem to LOVE pictures ... so I thought I'd share some belly pics from the other night. This is me 29 1/2 weeks pregnant - the night of our anniversary dinner out.

Now mind you that it was a Monday night and the eve of a much anticipated frightening storm front. Upon seating us, the hostess said "I'm so proud of you for getting out at this stage of your pregnancy." And I responded with "you mean the very beginning of my third trimester with 11 more weeks to go?" ... I think she back peddled by telling me it looked like I could already be uncomfortable.

The front view:
The back view: (cute dress huh?)

There it is ... the "yep, she's pregnant" view ...

And in case you weren't sure ... we've spelled it out for you ...
Yes, I'm large.

I do get asked all the time "are you sure that you're not having twins?" ... this question should offend me because really, they are implying that I'm extra big, but instead I'm gleeful and giddy - I love having a pregnant belly, I love that it's huge!

  11. That is a cute dress and even cuter belly. And you know what? You do not even look preggers from behind, which is, from what I hear, every pregnant woman's DREAM.
But, seeing your belly side-view makes me wonder about those "I never knew I was pregnant shows" I mean COME ON!

  20. I'm glad you don't get offended at twin comments because it is simply a big belly full of beautiful life, not a big body :). It does kinda look like twins (and I should know) or a large baby (I should know that, too)! Either way, be prepared! I still think it's a girl...We'll see... Beautiful life, thank God! Keep enjoying :)

  21. Adorable dress and you have a gorgeous belly! I got asked that all the time too. When you have a short torso, your belly pops seriously early. :) Glad to see you're enjoying every minute of it.

  24. I am WAYYYY behind on my blog reading, but, trying to catch up. You look adorable!!!!!

I am the complete opposite. I am carrying really small and, depending on what I'm wearing, can pass for not pregnant and just fat. It makes me sad - I want the big beautiful belly lisabrmyou have!!!
